The Jackery HomePower 3000 runs an average fridge about 43% longer: 37.1 h vs 26 h. The Jackery HomePower 3000 costs $150 less (makers’ prices, Oct 23). The Apex 300’s own 20 W draw is included. Jackery lists no own-draw figure for the HomePower 3000, so the real gap is likely smaller. The gap shrinks at higher loads, where own draw matters less (table below).

Pick the HomePower 3000 for longer fridge runtimes, the lower price ($150 less) and carrying (24.3 lb lighter); pick the Apex 300 for faster solar refills, cold garages (works down to −4°F) and adding batteries later.
