Our math, empty to full. Clouds, winter sun and charging losses add time.

The 75% is our assumption, not a maker figure. Makers’ own times run longer: BLUETTI lists 2.2 h from its 200 W maximum solar input. Jackery lists 7.5 h with one SolarSaga 200 W panel. Most of these can’t charge below 32°F; see each station page.

Quick answers

How long does a 200 W panel take to charge 1,000 Wh?

About 6.7 hours of strong sun: 1,000 Wh ÷ 150 W.

Do more panels help?

Only up to the station’s solar input limit. Check the manual for voltage and plug limits.
